I Favati's "Pietramara Black Label" is a Fiano di Avellino that expresses with great personality the territory in which it is produced, a Campania white wine that will conquer you with its fresh and fruity notes. Note that Il Fiano di Avellino Pietramara 2016 was chosen as White of the year by the Vini d'Italia guide of Gambero Rosso. A great recognition for a product that perfectly reflects the Fiano area.

Note di degustazione

Color: intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Scent: rich and complex, with notes of yellow and tropical fruits, white flowers and hazelnut Taste: elegant and fresh, juicy and harmonic, with lovely salinity and long persistence.

Vinificazione

Cryomaceration and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Affinamento

At least 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in May/June.
