Descrizione

The Azienda Agricola Attanasio is managed by a typical family of Salento wine growers. Giuseppe Attanasio takes care of the vineyards, about 6 hectares of Apulian sapling in the Manduria countryside, with over seventy years of experience. The cellar is built in a late nineteenth century building. The wines reflect the traditions, the territory and the passion of the Attanasio family in the wine making.

Note di degustazione

Intense ruby red. On the nose it's elegant and rich, with warm aromas of dried figs, cherry jam, orange, licorice and walnut. In the mouth there's the right sweetness, fresh and not cloying, with velvety tannins and good body.

Vinificazione

Prolonged drying of the grapes on the plant, until September 15. Maceration at controlled temperature in steel vats and the maturation in barriques for at least 12 months.

12 months in stainless steel.
